This is an entry of inquiry after health in the hot season. The Japanese word "atsui" bears a double meaning, 1: hot, 2: thick. When it's written in this kanji it means the weather is "hot",
and in this kanji it means manga magazines are "thick".
Well, I never! There was a remarkable incident yesterday. Unlike this weblog in English, my Blog in Japanese is updated almost everyday and that blog stood first of so-called "blog ranking". I'm often writing reviews on Manga for this Japanese blog.
This image shows the placing of each blog which participates in the category of "review on manga"(1279blogs in this category) and as you can see, my blog has gained 200 IN points/456 OUT points in the past week.
This image shows the transition in the past week. "IN points" of the week decides the ranking. If someone who felt my blog is interesting clicks the banner at the tail of any entries, it is reflected in the total weekly IN points. I'm distributing 80% of the total IN points to "review on manga", 10% to "philately" and 10% to "tobacco" as for my Japanese blog.
However, the fine weather won't hold long. My blog which was at the top of the ranking yesterday has already made a close second in the race. I think I need to write a new entry for today. Maybe what's important is "Continuation" .
What is the reason I don't update this English blog more often? -because I'm lazy.
I've just had a notion that I should draw a blue(aqua) planet for my summer greeting card. After all, it became "Not a star but something refreshing".
I used "HKY037.jpg" of Design Exchange Co., Ltd. for the reflected image.

Plan2
Maybe I can usd this planet for the New Year P-stamp for 2009 also.
As for the summer greeting cards, I only send approx. 30(less than 50) to my friends so I'm not going to place an order outside but print directly to Camomail postcards with lottery by printer for home. Japan Post
I marked my 34th birthday today and updated the space "Age" to 34 from 33. 9 Aug. is also the anniversary of the atomic bombing of Nagasaki. Never forget the tragedy.
I'm going to enjoy a cigar for my birthday. FLOR DE COPAN Rothchild
and going to eat sushi for dinner. This is my plan 2 of the 4 x 4cm image for the New Year's P-stamp for 2009.
This October, I received a mail from my friend living in Hokkaido with a Furusato stamp of Hokkaiso cancelled Sapporo-nishi(stamp of Hokkaido used at Hokkaido),
and yesterday, I received a used of the full sheet of the same stamp.
The sheet is cancelled Tokyo-Meguro-Bandai, not Hokkaido but I liked it and arranged 2 used in a leaf.
I noticed there is little left of hinges, I need to order a pack...
