I was playing little by little and it was a sad story. As I haven't played the 1st and the 2nd, I wrote down the briefings. A friend is fighting against a friend and I'm looking how it's going to work.
I went to both the hospital(for my broken leg) and dental clinic. Drew blood for a blood test.
My vessels are stood out so it succeeds in the first shot but some people have to try again and again.
At the dental clinic, I got a tooth in but the adhesives really stink like thinner. It maybe a some kind of volatile. The spotlight to light up my mouth reminds I of a grilling... I awoke on impact Under surveillance from the camera eye Searching high and low(Queensryche)
Another patient who were to pull out a tooth came and he was saying "Will you make it next month as I am going to sing at the contest?".
No relation, but this is one of my favorite sweets of Lotte. It's better if I cool it by refrigerator.
I was in a rush. What's all this? I'm writing the blog of 14 Nov. in the evening of 15Nov. What shall I do with today(15 Nov.)'s blog? Write it tomorrow morning?
I started playing "The 3rd SuperRobot Wars alpha".
The system is almost as same as "RealRobot Wars" of PlayStation1. I started playing "The 3rd SuperRobot Wars alpha".
Woody were to come today but he postponed it so I was playing(working) with Photoshop.
I forgot to answer some of the questions so wrote letters again. She was asking about how to send money by mail and the stamps used for mail but did not canceled.
I explained the P.O.O.(post office order) and GIRO. We(and some countries: eg.: UK) have Postal GIRO and sending money to the GIRO need 70Yen commission. This is a normal form,
but if you have your own GIRO, sending money from GIRO to GIRO only costs 15Yen commission.
This is a commemorative postal savings passbook of the 10th Anniv. of the enthrownment of Heisei Emperor.
I explained her about the size and weight of the letters. The postcard has to be smaller than 154mm. by 140mm., but bigger than 107mm. by 90mm. Envelope has to be smaller than 235mm. by 120mm., but bigger than 140mm. by 90mm.
When the postal service began in Japan(Meiji Era) the postage was 1 thousandth of Kan for 2.44miles distance and extra 1Kan for another 2.44miles.
From 1873, registered and express mails started and it was 2Sen(1/100Yen) for covers, 1Sen for postcards and both registered and express were 6Sen.
The airmails were 14Sen for Shanghai, 24Sen for UK and 28Sen for US. To the countries joining UPU, cover 10Sen and postcard 5Sen.
This is a new year postcard of 4Yen, Showa33(A.D.1958).
I thought she might be interested in banknotes(she likes coins) and enclosed an old 1Yen banknote.
I drew my all the money in my Postal GIRO, 4,923Yen.
Mr.N. came around 14PM. and brought me sweets again. He was very interested in my collection of DPR Korea which won Emerald at Swan River Stamp Show 2005.
I explained about the postal circumstances of North Korea that people don't have a habit of posting a letter to a post box and they use stamped envelopes. Most of the people in DPRK do not post a mail into a post box but bring the letter to the post office and buy a stamped envelope to send mails. It's almost a censorship.
I showed my collection of stamped envelopes of DPRK and he was interested in the following 4 and asked I to scan them and send the images by email.
No.254. Hyosong flower.
No.255. 1Won 50Chon for airmail.
No.262. 1Won 20Chon for airmail.
No.263. 40Chon for domestic.
I showed him the mails with stamps on them,
and also a sea post.
He did not know about I Han Yong, the son of Kim Jong Il's wife and an assassinated refugee.
The letter is read "I" at the North and "Ri" at the South.
My friend K. marks her 22nd birthday tomorrow and I sent her the 2 new cigarettes("Virginia Slim Duo" & "Capri fiore") and a postcard of Greece by Poste Restante.
I told her to go to the post office tomorrow afternoon.
I have a lot of postcards when I bought when I lived in Greece.
This is Corinth.
Sounion.
Delphi. Greek does not have a sound of "D". "NT" becomes the sound of "D".
When I was taking a nap, i dreamed dreams(this time, I remembered them).
Dream No.1 When I was strolling the place I used to live, I found a decayed post box in the middle of the rice field. I wonder if the mails are exactly collected from this post box. Apart from this question, I met a group sight seeing this place and we found a very antique vending machine of cigarettes, only 3 brands-"Wakaba", "MildSeven" and "Hi-lite". We heard a voice from the rice field. It was a middle aged farmer and he said "That vending machine is my very own. Have a look. You can see my name Tanaka on it". We saw the vending machine carefully but it was engraved "Kubota". "No, not there, have a look at the bottom." Then we found a handwriting "Tanaka". The farmer went on, "I really like tobaccoes and that's why I bought my own vending machine. Well, MildSeven is too strong for me so I'm recently smoking Wakaba". Wait a minute? Isn't it upside down? "Wakaba" is stronger than "MildSeven". Dreams are random. A lady of the group offered I "MildSeven Lights", and though I had "Peace" of 28mg tar in my pocket, I accepted it with thanks. I don't remember what I did with the cigarette end. It's just a dream.
Dream No.2 When I was walking the street of the city I used to live, a little girl told I "You will meet your old friend today". I, don't remember-was it a time-machine or something? was in the Germany of 1940s and there was an air raid. My friend and I, both young, ran and ran and at the end of the road, my friend dashed to the left. I shouted "No! Not that way!" but it was too late. My friend who escaped to the left became a citizen of East Germany and died of hunger, I, who escaped to the right became a citizen of West Germany and still alive.
Although the name of this blog is Philately and Tobacco, I haven't wrote a lot about tobacco.
My boasting is that I've never been a constipated person. Tobaccoes activate the intestines. They also repress cancer of the breast. Some people say "It does more harm than good" but in my opinion, it's 96 harms and 4 goods. One of the mysteries is that my terrible rhinitis stopped just in the year 1994 when I started smoking. When I was a teenager, I was troubled very much by my terrible coryza and going to a clinic for a medical prescription. The first cigarette I smokes was "SomeTime Light" so I thought it was because of the menthol but I am somking "Asuka" now so however hark I may think, the reason is smoking.
Woody were to come today but as it was raining, he postponed it to next week and instead, Mr.T came around 14PM. This time, he remembered the way to my house from the station. We played "EVERYBODY'S GOLF 4" again and he taught me a lot of secret principles I did not know. He bought a memorycard for PlayStation2 for I. I thought it was 2,000Yen but it was 2,900Yen and I payed 3,000Yen to him. He also brought his own memorycard with a playdata he played and showed me the VTRs of miracleshots.
He lent I 2 CDs of MR.CHILDREN.
I haven't listened to all the songs but I thought they are fine. I liked them. Well, I have very little to write as I was playing a game all the day. He left around 20:30PM.
It was 1974(the year I was born) when Abiko Moto'o started writing Progolfer Saru but the publishing company opposed as a cartoon of golf was unprecedented. Abiko Moto'o himself also plays golf and really wanted to write a cartoon of golf. He had a confidence to succeed in this cartoon. Golf is really a solitude compared with sports like baseball, soccer etc., so a different amusingness could be written.
The hero is a monkey that matches with the Mother Nature of golf. He said "I am enthusiastic to write this cartoon-a solitude game of winning prizes with only one club, cannot rely on anyone, the new style of sport's cartoon!".
Progolfer Saru is one of the lifeworks of Abiko Moto'o with Manga-Michi.
The animation was first made in 1982, then 1985, then cinemalized in 1986 and 1987.
I have very little to write as I was playing "EVERYBODY'S GOLF 4", the gamesoft of PlayStation2 for a whole day. I made a progress from level 5 to 4 and bought a new ball. I was always loosing but won the 8th place in the tournament.
I've never played a real golf but was reading Progolfer Saru(monkey) when I was a kid.
As is generally known, Fujiko Fujio are the combination of Abiko Moto'o and late Fujimoto Hiroshi. I recieved a new year card from Fujiko Production in 1986 and 1987.
It is a matter of course that Doraemen is the masterpiece of Fujiko Fujio but few people kow that this cartoon started unattractively in 1969. The comic scene in Japan were to change into a hardboid and cartoons for children were prisided by. The first stories of Doraemon exist plural. The volume 1 of Tentomuchi comics includes only one of them.
Mr.T came around 11AM. and brought PlayStation2 free, Nintendo Gamebube and a lot of game softwares.
Unexpectedly, PlayStation2 was smaller than I have expected. I was thinking it might be as big as a harddisc of computer. I need a new memorycard for PS2 to play the games he brought me.
We spent 10hours playing the games together. We played all 18 holes of "EVERYBODY'S GOLD" using the same characters.
"Shadow of the Colassus" was very difficult. I'll try it when I bought a new memorycard.
A new nightmare "biohazard 4"! I can play it as he also brought me a memorycard for Gamecube. Nintendo Gamcube was more smaller than I expected. The softwares are sold in the sizes of 8mm. single CDs.
Mr.T and I were only friends in the Internet and we met each others for the first time. He was a very gentleman. He can cook. A man who can cook be a lion among ladies, I think.
I finally finished "BIO HAZARD DIRECTOR'S CUT". It took 25hours, 59minutes and 29seconds. The ending theme "TEMPEST". I think I haven't rescued Chris Redfield. Is is alright? Now I'll try the 3 hours' trial.
A mail arrived today.
I opened it with thrill and 2 books were included. I still can't understand why they can continue this quality by a membership fee only $12. THE SHOWA FORGERIES OF JAPAN of 82 pages written by Ron Casey.
